7th annual Grey Day Picnic-April 20th, 2008 from 12 noon - 6:00 PM at Upper Macungie Park on Rte 100 in Fogelsville. We will be honored this year by hosting the very well known & loved 'Gilley Girls'. 'The Girls' are 6 female retired racing greyhounds that will entertain their way into your hearts. Pooch Smooch will also be there taking photos, as well as vendors. The rescue will be selling collars & coats. Our brand new cookbook will also be for sale. I promise it will be a good one. There will be games for people as well as for your greyhound. There will also be a nice paw printing in cement for your garden with a $3.00 donation & a blessing of the greyhounds. Valley Central has also been invited. The Gilley Girls mom will be clipping toenails with a $5.00 donation. Of course there will be lots of greyt food. The registration fee is $8.00 per person over 10 before March 1st. This will include the 4 meats,rolls,Barney's Gourmet Doggy Bar, soda & water. We ask that you bring a covered dish to share. Registering before March 1st will ensure that your greyhounds name will be on the back of our T-shirt along with the bridegekids that we have lost but will be there with us in spirit. The T-shirts are $17.00.
